INQUIRY PRIVACY · OCTOBER 2026

A little context.
Handled with care.

The inquiry form collects the contact and project details you choose to provide: your name, email, company, website, area of interest, how we connected, and your message. Growth & Operations inquiries also include your goals and current challenges, with optional context about locations, priorities, timing, a working budget range, decision-making roles, and available materials.

Adam uses these details to review your inquiry, respond, and discuss a possible engagement. Inquiries are stored in the website’s database. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or commit you to a paid service.

For an approved discovery engagement, relevant business context and meeting notes may be processed by the connected AI workflow to prepare research, meeting briefs, and draft recommendations. Adam reviews the work before client delivery. Share only information you are authorized to provide.

Growth & Operations inquiry details may be processed by the connected AI workflow, together with relevant public business information, to prepare an internal assessment, questions, and a draft project scope. These drafts and proposal records are restricted to Adam’s owner workspace. Adam reviews and approves the exact scope, price, and terms before manually sharing a client proposal. The workflow does not automatically contact clients, send proposals, collect payment, or establish an engagement.

For an accepted growth or operations project, agreed onboarding information and project notes may also be processed by the connected AI workflow to prepare draft working materials and internal quality checks. Adam authorizes drafting and reviews and approves the exact deliverable version before private export for sharing. This workflow does not automatically implement changes in your business systems or deliver work to clients.

Please do not include passwords, private client documents, financial records, or other confidential material. Access to analytics or business accounts, if needed for an engagement, can be arranged separately.

First-party measurement counts public page views, interest-button clicks, and submitted inquiries. Counts are grouped by page, broad traffic source, and date; they are not unique-visitor counts. No advertising pixels, analytics cookies, or visitor fingerprinting are used. Full referring URLs, search terms, and IP addresses are not persisted in the analytics database. A temporary in-memory request limit helps prevent abuse.

When browser privacy settings permit, tab-session storage remembers your first public entry page and limited campaign labels so an inquiry can be associated with the page or campaign that brought you here. This does not create a visitor ID or a cross-site profile. The website honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for optional traffic measurement. If you submit an inquiry, that business event is still recorded; privacy signals prevent campaign attribution from being captured.

Only Adam can view measurement summaries and inquiry-source information. Search-provider verification or reports are separate from this first-party measurement. The hosting provider may process technical information required to operate and protect the website.

If you want to correct or remove an inquiry, use the form and mention the email address associated with your original inquiry. The information you provide will be used to locate and address that request.
