GROWTH STRATEGY / BUILDERS & CONSTRUCTION

Good work on site.
A stronger business behind it.

You are busy building. I help you explain what sets your work apart, reach the people who value it, and make the path from inquiry to conversation easier to manage.

GROW IN A WAY THAT FITS

More of the work
you want to do.

A useful plan respects your service area, crew and team capacity, delivery model, and the clients you serve well.

A full inbox is not the same as a healthy pipeline of work your business wants.

I start with the business behind the projects: what you build, who you enjoy working with, how the right opportunities find you, and where things get harder than they need to be. Then we work on a clear story and practical priorities that support the business.

  • Know what a good opportunity looks like. Clarify project types, location, scope, and the information you need before investing time in the next conversation.
  • Tell the story beyond the finished photo. Explain your role, how you handled the work, and what an owner or project partner should understand about your approach.
  • Build on the relationships you have. Consider architects, owners, brokers, developers, and repeat clients alongside search and other channels that make sense for the business.
  • Give each inquiry a clear next step. Look at where requests land, who replies, what gets recorded, and how a promising conversation moves forward.

PRACTICAL HELP, NOT MORE NOISE

Tell it clearly.
Make it easier to run.

Sometimes the useful move is a stronger project page. Sometimes it is a cleaner handoff between the people already doing the work.

01

Show what matters.

Help a prospective client understand what you build, where you work, and why your experience fits. Use real project stories and clear explanations rather than claims any builder could make.

02

Be easier to find.

Review service and project pages, local information, and the profiles a referred prospect may check. Accurate details and useful context give people a better picture of the business.

03

Keep work moving.

Consider simple inquiry tracking, shared notes, and clear ownership. A template or sensible tool may save repeated effort; workflow changes, internal AI setup, and training are separate, agreed projects.

EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE ADVICE

I know there is
a business behind every project.

My background brings together construction, real estate, relationships, and hands-on growth work.

As Director of Strategic Growth at Vision Building Group, I oversaw a complete rebrand and multiple website redesigns, developed dedicated positioning for church construction, and created case studies, visual content, and industry outreach.

At Elite South, I designed the website using the platform’s tools and components and handled social channels and general marketing as Broker & Co-Founder. Those roles connect the strategy to the work needed to carry it through.

See the experience behind the work

A clear first phase.

Discovery & Roadmap: $995 fixed. A 90-minute conversation covering client fit, positioning, acquisition, and inquiry follow-up; a high-level website, search, local listing, social profile, and competitor review; concise findings and a prioritized roadmap; a suggested first phase, responsibilities, and an initial budget range; and a 30-minute follow-up.

Search & AI Visibility: $1,750 fixed. A two-hour workshop, expanded SEO, AI visibility, content, conversion, and competitor review, available website and search analytics review, a 90-day roadmap with search and content opportunities, and a 45-minute follow-up.

Discovery & Roadmap is the quicker review. The deeper search and AI visibility research takes a little longer.

The discovery fees do not include a full operational review, estimating, bidding, project procurement, ongoing sales execution, advertising, implementation, or formal training. Further work gets its own scope, responsibilities, and price before it begins.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Is this for commercial or residential builders?

We can talk through either. A commercial pursuit, custom home, renovation, and other project types involve different buyers and decisions. I want to understand the actual business and what you want more of before we agree to work together.

What if referrals already keep us busy?

Then the question may be about fit and consistency rather than more inquiries. We can look at what your best clients have in common, what people see after hearing your name, and how you handle the first conversation. Existing relationships are an asset, not a problem to replace.

Can you help with operations or practical AI tools?

Yes, where there is a clear problem to solve. That might be organizing inquiries, improving a handoff, or preparing a first draft for someone to review. Operational reviews, tool selection and setup, documentation, and team training are custom-scoped. They are not added to the fixed-fee discovery packages, and we agree on privacy and review rules before using sensitive information.

Will you bring us qualified construction leads?

The initial packages provide a conversation, research, and a roadmap. They do not include lead lists, sales outreach, guaranteed inquiries, or awarded projects. Any execution or campaign work needs a separate scope.

Can we work together outside Middle Tennessee?

Yes. I am based in Middle Tennessee, with an initial focus on Middle Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama, and remote collaboration across the U.S. Construction is one specialty within my broader work with owner-led small businesses. Your real service territory and capacity guide the plan.

LOCAL ROOTS. A WIDER REACH.

Rooted in Middle Tennessee.
Available across the U.S.

Starting close to home in Middle Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama. Working remotely with owner-led businesses across the country.

NO POLISHED PITCH NEEDED

Tell me what’s good.
And what could work better.

You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Tell me about your business, and we’ll talk through where I can be useful. Discovery starts at $995; growth, operations, and AI tool projects have their own agreed scope and price.
