SEO / AI SEARCH VISIBILITY / USEFUL CONTENT

Good at what you do.
Easier for people to find.

A practical look at how people discover your business through search and AI-generated answers, and whether they can see what makes you worth choosing when they get there.

START WITH YOUR REAL STRENGTHS

Help people find
the business you have built.

You do not need to sound like a bigger company. You need to make the good things about your business clear and useful to the right people.

Being found is only part of it. People should also understand why your business belongs on their shortlist.

I work with owner-led small businesses, including service businesses, trades, retail and hospitality, and independent professional firms. We start with what you do well, the customers you want to serve, and the questions they ask before getting in touch or visiting.

SEO (search engine optimization) helps search engines understand and present your website. GEO (generative engine optimization) is a common name for work intended to help a business be understood and referenced in AI-generated answers. Both depend on clear, accessible information, useful content, and honest evidence of what you do.

That can mean clearer service pages for a trade business, accurate location details for a shop, or a helpful explanation of the process for a professional practice. I look at those foundations alongside what happens after someone finds you.

Google’s established SEO guidance also applies to its AI search features; it does not prescribe a separate set of special AI optimizations. Read Google’s guidance on AI features.

THE REVIEW, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE

Can they find you?
Can they see the fit?

Search activity should serve a real business purpose, with findings you can put to work.

01

A clear foundation.

Look at how the site explains your services, products, experience, and locations, along with local profiles and available search data. Flag issues that need deeper technical investigation.

02

Answers worth sharing.

Find the questions your customers actually ask. Use your experience, stories, process, and useful details to make the answers specific to your business.

03

A sensible next step.

Check whether someone knows what to do next: inquire, call, visit, or begin a conversation. Consider how search supports referrals and other ways customers already find you.

SEARCH & AI VISIBILITY

A deeper look.
$1,750 fixed.

More research and analysis than Discovery & Roadmap, so the turnaround is a little longer.

  • A two-hour strategy workshop to discuss your business goals, customers, services or products, current channels, and the role search should play.
  • An expanded review of SEO, AI visibility, content, conversion, relevant competitors, and available website and search analytics.
  • A 90-day roadmap with search and content opportunities, practical priorities, and a sensible sequence of work.
  • A 45-minute follow-up conversation to talk through the findings and clarify what a next phase could involve.

The 90-day roadmap is a planning horizon, not a delivery deadline or a result guarantee. Website changes, content production, comprehensive technical remediation, ongoing optimization, operational reviews, tool implementation, formal training, advertising management, and media spend are scoped separately.

Discovery & Roadmap is the lighter $995 option. It includes a 90-minute conversation on client fit, positioning, acquisition, and inquiry follow-up; a high-level review of the website, search, local listings, social profiles, and competitors; concise findings and a prioritized growth roadmap; a suggested first phase, responsibilities, and an initial budget range; and a 30-minute follow-up. Its more focused review means a quicker turnaround.

TWO DIFFERENT KINDS OF AI HELP

Being found by AI
is not using AI at work.

This package is about AI search visibility: how search and answer tools understand your business when customers look for help.

Practical AI adoption is different. It might mean organizing inquiries, preparing a first draft, or helping your team find information. That starts with a real task, agreed data boundaries, and a person reviewing the result. We do not assume that everything needs automation.

If you want help choosing or setting up a tool, improving a workflow, or teaching your team how to use it, we agree on a separate scope and price. None of that implementation or training is included in this search review.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Can you guarantee rankings or mentions in AI answers?

No. Search engines and AI services decide what they show. I can identify useful improvements and priorities, but cannot guarantee indexing, rankings, AI references, traffic, or inquiries.

Do I have to use AI tools to improve AI search visibility?

No. This review is about how people find and understand your business, not making your team adopt AI. Clear information, useful answers, relevant experience, and accessible pages are the starting point. Different search and AI services choose and cite information differently.

Does this include fixing the website?

The package includes an expanded review and a roadmap, not implementation or a full crawl-based technical audit. If I find something that needs a deeper investigation, the roadmap can identify it. Website changes, content production, and other execution are scoped separately.

What should I share before we meet?

Your website and profile links, the customers and areas you serve, a few comparable businesses, and where inquiries or visits come from today. Existing website and search analytics are useful if available. Access can be arranged by invitation; please do not send passwords or confidential customer records.

Is this only for a local business?

No. I am based in Middle Tennessee and work remotely across the U.S. The review follows the customers and areas you actually serve, whether that is a neighborhood, a region, or a national specialty. Your content should reflect the real business, without invented offices or claims of experience you do not have.

LOCAL ROOTS. A WIDER REACH.

Rooted in Middle Tennessee.
Available across the U.S.

Starting close to home in Middle Tennessee and Huntsville, Alabama. Working remotely with owner-led businesses across the country.

NO POLISHED PITCH NEEDED

Tell me what’s good.
And what could work better.

You don’t need to know which service to ask for. Tell me about your business, and we’ll talk through where I can be useful. Discovery starts at $995; growth, operations, and AI tool projects have their own agreed scope and price.
