01 / HOW I HELP

A stronger story.
A better-running business.

Three ways to help. One plan shaped around your business.

01

Growth strategy
& visibility

Tell your story clearly. Help the right customers find you and understand why you’re worth choosing.

What this can include
  • Positioning, customer insight & authentic stories
  • Websites, content & search visibility
  • Business development & inquiry follow-up
02

Operations &
customer experience

Simpler processes, clearer handoffs, and a better experience for your customers and team.

What this can include
  • Customer journeys & practical workflows
  • Clear ownership, handoffs & documentation
  • Purchasing, inventory & launch priorities
03

Practical AI
& tools

Put useful tools to work on everyday tasks, with guidance your team can use and people in control.

What this can include
  • Tool selection & an agreed setup
  • Templates, instructions & human review
  • Team guidance & a usable handoff

Operational reviews, implementation, tool setup, and training are custom-scoped. They are not included in the fixed-fee discovery packages below.

02 / SMALL TEAM. USEFUL LEVERAGE.

Less busywork.
More room for good work.

AI does not need to run your business to be useful. Start with one repeatable task, a clear boundary, and a person responsible for the result.

Sometimes the right answer is a better spreadsheet, a simpler process, or no new tool at all.

03 / EXPERIENCE IN THE BUSINESS

An owner’s perspective.
A partner in the work.

Adam Gleaves, founder of Proof + Presence

Hi, I’m Adam.

WHY I STARTED PROOF + PRESENCE

I’ve always had a heart for the overlooked: owners who are better at doing the work than talking about it. They’ve built something good. I started Proof + Presence to help them be seen, run well, and have a fairer shot at becoming someone’s favorite.

My experience spans a national healthcare rebrand, construction growth, and hands-on ownership in real estate and retail. I bring that perspective to your strategy, day-to-day operations, and useful tools. You work directly with me on the important decisions, design guidance, and final review.

04 / WORKING TOGETHER

What kind of help
would be useful?

Direction, hands-on support, or help being found. Start with the need you recognize.

I NEED A CLEARER DIRECTION

  • A focused conversation

  • A roadmap and follow-up
See what’s included

  • High-level review of your website, search presence, local listings, social profiles, and competitors
  • Plain-language findings and a prioritized growth roadmap
  • Suggested first phase, who owns each step, and an initial budget range

This is direction for your positioning and digital presence. Operational reviews, implementation, tool setup, and formal training are separate projects.

A focused review with a quicker turnaround.

I NEED HELP PUTTING IT TO WORK

Growth & Operations

Hands-on help with a specific business challenge, shaped around your team and budget.

  • Growth and customer experience
  • Operations and team handoffs
  • Practical AI and useful tools
What a project can involve

That could mean customer follow-up, purchasing and inventory priorities, a location launch, or a better workflow. AI and tool projects can include selection, setup, clear instructions, documentation, and training.

We agree on the problem, responsibilities, deliverables, timing, and price before work begins. Your team keeps control, with privacy boundaries and human review built into any agreed tool workflow.

I NEED CUSTOMERS TO FIND ME

Search & AI Visibility

$1,750fixed fee

A deeper review of how customers find and understand your business through search and AI answers.

  • Search and AI visibility
  • Website and content review
  • A 90-day roadmap and follow-up
See the search review scope
  • Two-hour strategy workshop about your business, customers, and search goals
  • Expanded review of SEO, AI search visibility, content, the inquiry path, and competitors
  • Review of available website and search analytics
  • 90-day roadmap with search and content opportunities
  • 45-minute follow-up to work through the findings

This is AI search visibility, not setting up AI tools inside your business. The 90-day roadmap is a planning horizon, not a delivery deadline or a result guarantee.

Website changes, content production, comprehensive technical remediation, ongoing optimization, operational reviews, tool implementation, formal training, advertising management, and media spend are scoped separately.

Deeper research takes longer than Discovery & Roadmap.

AI visibility helps customers find you. AI tool setup is part of a separately scoped growth and operations project. Not sure which fits? You do not need to choose before getting in touch. No required ongoing commitment. Advertising management and media spend are separate.

FOR A FOCUSED NEXT PHASEWebsite support & ongoing advice

Website & Search Sprint $2,500 fixed

Put a clearer story to work on one existing website. Up to five agreed pages: copy, on-page SEO, local profile improvements, and lead measurement. Scope agreed first. A full redesign, custom development, and paid media are not included.

Monthly Advisory $750 / month

A sounding board for the next decisions: a 60-minute strategy call, a monthly priorities summary, and up to two hours of asynchronous guidance. Month to month, with execution and media spend separate.

05 / A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

Is this for a business like mine?

The focus is owner-led small businesses: service businesses, trades, retail and hospitality, and independent professional firms. It is especially useful when you know there is more to your business than people see, but time and internal support are limited. We start by talking through fit. We do not assume you need every service.

What does practical AI help actually look like?

It starts with a real task: organizing inquiries, preparing a first draft, finding information, or making a handoff clearer. The work may include choosing a suitable tool, agreeing on a setup, writing useful instructions, and showing your team how to use it. Implementation and training are scoped and priced separately from the fixed-fee discovery packages.

Is using AI the same as AI search visibility?

No. Practical AI adoption is about using tools inside your business. AI search visibility, often called GEO, is about helping search tools understand and reference your business when people look for answers. Search & AI Visibility addresses the second. Neither rankings nor AI citations are guaranteed.

How do scope, fees, and ongoing work happen?

Discovery & Roadmap is $995. The deeper Search & AI Visibility review is $1,750. Each has a fixed scope, with full details above. Growth, operations, and tool-adoption projects get their own written scope, responsibilities, and price before work begins. You can take a roadmap to your existing team or discuss further help. There is no required ongoing commitment.

Will my team understand the work and keep control?

That is the aim. I explain the thinking, lead the important decisions, and review what you receive. Discovery includes its stated follow-up; implementation handoffs, documentation, and formal training are agreed in the project scope. Please keep passwords, confidential customer information, payroll, and private financial records out of the initial inquiry. Any later access and data boundaries are agreed first.

06 / LET’S CONNECT

Tell me about
your business.

What do you do really well? What would you like to work better?

A little context is enough to start. If we already know each other, or someone connected us, feel free to mention it.

Please leave out passwords, confidential customer or employee records, and private financial or business information.
